Check out our new blog. Today is cloudy but seems to be a good fishing day. Here at Trails End we are having a wedding on the property. The bride and the groom will have the water in the back ground as they say their vows under the trees, with family and friends by their sides. After saying their vows they will all go to Pop's Dockside Grill here on the property and enjoy some good food and relax out on the screen in porch, where the fans will be blowing and the music playing.
At the time of booking or reservation, we require a 50% deposit if it is more than thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
From one (1) to thirty (30) days from scheduled arrival date, full payment of rental amount is due.
At least one (1) guest must be over 21 years of age for cabin rentals, and 25 years of age for houseboat rentals.
We ask that after 10 P.M. our guests refrain from loud or disturbing noise.
Because we are in a hunting and gaming area and cater to the sportsman, we allow dogs under certain conditions:
No pets will be allowed inside the cabins or houseboats.
All guests are responsible for any damages to the premises during their stay. A credit card number will be kept on file until the property has been inspected after departure.
There is NO SMOKING inside cabins or houseboats. Evidence of smoking in the cabins will reslt in an automatic $100 charge. We appreciate you consideration for future guests.
We ask that all guests leave the cabin or houseboat in a clean and tidy state. Please wash all dishes and leave them in the sink, and take out the trash. Please turn off the A/C, and all lights to help conserve electricity.
If you need more towels or linens during your stay, please call the General Store at 229-861-2000, and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
HUNTERS: Please do not use the towels to clean paint off your face, or use towels to clean your shoes!
Any destruction to towels or wash cloths will result in a replacement charge to your credit card.
Check out time is 11 A.M. If any personal items are left in the cabin or houseboat after 11 A.M., the staff at Trails End Resort will remove your items and place them in the General Store for later pickup.
Trails End Resort & Marina will not be responsible for any lost items or items that are left in the rooms.
Fishing on Lake Seminole in Georgia is some of the best fishing around. It is so good that the governor named Lake Seminole as the "Bass Fishing Capital of Georgia". Our most prevalent fish are Bass, Crappy (Speckled Perch) and Brim.

Hunting on Lake Seminole is the best around with a large variety of game to bag. Duck hunters have been visiting Lake Seminole for years, and you won't find better duck hunting.
